Kappa Kart #2 for 2 (Beta 36) in 2009Kappa Kart #2 for 2, or Beta #36 for alumni, was achieved April 4, 2009.
 The guys had a tight final with the Pike’s pulling close by a mere 2 seconds in the final heat. For the semi finals, SigEp and Pike where tenths of a second apart. The 2009 Team consisted of driver Matt O'Shea, runners Corey Dwyer, Justin Kessler, Sonny Litwiler, Nick Nekic, Todd Osting, and coach Gabe Butterfield. Sonny Litwiler started the race lifting Matt O'Shea and the car over a foot to get the momentum going and Justin Kessler as anchor would bring it home for each heat. The only seniors are driver Matt O'Shea and coach Gabe Butterfield (both were also part of the 2008 team), so we are in a good position for a three-peat for 2010.
